Maison Maas

At Maison Maas, we carefully package and ship each order to ensure your item arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Processing times are separate from shipping times. We try to ship 2 times a week.

For orders shipped outside the EU, import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Maison Maas is not responsible for customs delays.

Tracking

All orders are shipped with track & trace. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details.

Packaging

All items are carefully packaged to protect their condition during transit. Where possible, we use recycled and sustainable packaging materials.

In-Store Pickup

We offer free in-store pickup at our boutique in Oude Noorden, Rotterdam. Select "In-store pickup" at checkout; you will receive an email when your order is ready for collection.

Delivery Disclaimer

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Maison Maas is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
