Article 2 — Definitions
Maison Maas: the company registered under KvK number 83902155.
Customer: any natural person or legal entity entering into an agreement with Maison Maas.
Agreement: any purchase, order, or contract concluded between Maison Maas and the Customer.

Item: any product offered for sale by Maison Maas.
Article 3 — Applicability
These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements concluded via the Website and in the physical store.
By placing an order, the Customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
Maison Maas reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions. Amendments shall not affect agreements already concluded.
Article 4 — Products and Pricing
All Items are described as accurately as possible. Vintage and secondhand Items may show signs of wear consistent with their age and previous use.
All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Maison Maas reserves the right to adjust prices. Price changes do not affect confirmed and paid orders.
Obvious errors or typographical mistakes in pricing or product descriptions are not binding.
Article 5 — Authenticity Guarantee
Maison Maas guarantees the authenticity of all designer Items offered for sale.
If an Item is proven to be non-authentic, the Customer is entitled to a full refund including original shipping costs.
Maison Maas follows established authentication procedures and works with experienced professionals.
Article 6 — Orders and Payment
An Agreement is concluded once the Customer places an order and payment has been successfully received.
Accepted payment methods include:
- iDEAL
- Credit Card
- Shopify Payments
Maison Maas reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or misuse.
Article 7 — Delivery
Delivery is carried out in accordance with the Shipping Policy published on the Website.
Delivery times are indicative and do not constitute strict deadlines.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer at the moment of delivery.
Article 8 — Liability
Maison Maas’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the Item concerned.
Maison Maas shall not be liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, loss of profit, or third-party claims.
Maison Maas is not liable for delays or damages caused by third-party carriers.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be excluded under mandatory law.
Article 9 — Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including images, text, branding, and design, is the property of Maison Maas unless otherwise stated.
Designer brand names, trademarks, and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
No content may be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.
